Grace Songs are customized digital products delivered electronically. There is no physical product to return.

Cancellation Before Production Begins

Customers may request cancellation before production of their personalized Grace Song begins.

If an eligible cancellation is approved before production begins, the applicable purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

After Production Begins

Because each Grace Song requires individualized creative work, cancellation and refund eligibility may be limited once production has begun.

Production begins when we start creating, generating, processing, editing, reviewing, or otherwise preparing the personalized song using information submitted by the customer.

Revisions and Errors

Each eligible Grace Song includes the complimentary revision offered at the time of purchase.

If a delivered song contains an objective error caused by us despite the customer providing correct information, we will first attempt to correct the issue through a reasonable revision.

Refund Eligibility

After production begins, a refund may be considered if:
